Cassie Cox and Pause Breathwork

My name is Cassie Cox and I am a Pause Breathwork Facilitator. I am passionate about helping others find their true power within through self-healing. I help educators handle stress, anxiety, and burn-out to feel energized and rejuvenated.

I remember feeling so stressed out and coming home from my teaching job crying. Some days I would sit in my car in the driveway of my house and the tears would fall. 

I remember the days where it all felt like too much- having to go to work and deal with students, coming home to my family and having to tend to their needs, having little time to take care of myself.

I’ve been there. I see you. I feel you. I am you.

My self-healing journey began through Instagram, I know it sounds silly but its true. I began following Dr. Nicole LaPera’s work and joined her Self-Healers Circle. It was through this work that began to make incredible changes in my life. 

Shortly after that I began to practice yoga. I had spent my entire life disconnected from my body. Yoga was a simple way to bring that connection back. I am currently working on my 200-hr yoga teaching certification.

Then in early 2020, I found Pause Breathwork. I like to say that breathwork was the missing piece to my healing puzzle. It literally helped change and transform my life. I was finally able to confront my trauma that I has been avoiding for so long. 

I decided to become a Pause Breathwork Facilitator to help others find healing in the same way that I had. I signed up for the 7-month-long Pause Breathwork Facilitator Training.

Since then I have worked with people in countries from all over the world. 

What is Pause Breathwork?

Pause Breathwork is a method where we use continual breathwork to break down emotions
in the body that are stagnant and create havoc on our energetic systems. Breathwork is a
practice of allowing our systems to see a different perspective whereby we feel deeply
connected to our bodies and understand and experience the intelligence contained within our
systems. Pause Breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform.

What I Offer

Integrative Sessions

Integrative breathwork are breath patterns that we can integrate into our daily lives. These help us regulate our nervous system. The intention for integrative breathwork practices is rooted in relaxation and mental clarity. These sessions are 30-45 minutes long.

Meditative Sessions

Meditative breathwork helps unearth stuck emotionality in our system. These sessions range from 60-75 minutes. The purpose of this is to consistently use this practice to clear energy that has been stagnant within our bodies, so we can achieve a place of overall emotional wellness.
